We have an established quaternary partnership that includes the Medical College of Wisconsin to enhance access to the most advanced levels of specialty care as well as a joint venture to create two new health campuses in Fond du Lac and Oshkosh. Our commitment to the people of Wisconsin, reputation for exceptional patient care and our aligned mission, vision and cultures make combining our organizations our natural next step.
For nearly 114 years, ThedaCare has been committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities it serves with a strong focus on population health. Coming together with Froedtert Health will expand access to even more resources that focus on innovation, wellness and prevention. The initial generous donation from Theda Clark Peters laid the foundation for our organization that continues to grow and expand today.
For decades, Froedtert Health has played a critical role in contributing to the quality of life and health in the region it serves. By coming together with ThedaCare, the combined organization can develop additional sub-specialties, increase opportunities for research and clinical trials and expand its impact in addressing health equity and health disparities.
Together, we will offer high-quality health care services for treatment and prevention in a coordinated manner. This will help ensure seamless access and continuity of care in the communities the combined organization will serve.

Froedtert Health is a Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based, integrated health care system providing a variety of health-related services, including hospitals and health centers, home care, laboratory, health insurance, employer health services and workplace clinics, and digital health solutions.
Froedtert Health partners with the Medical College of Wisconsin to form the Froedtert & MCW health network supporting a shared mission of patient care, innovation, medical research and education. Our health network operates eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma Center at Froedtert Hospital, Milwaukee, an internationally recognized training and research center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies. The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes 10 hospital locations, more than 2,100 physicians and more than 45 health centers and clinics, draws patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation. In our most recent fiscal year, outpatient visits were more than 1.7 million, inpatient admissions to our hospitals exceeded 58,000 and visits to our network physicians totaled more than 1.17 million.
